Contact Lenses

At West 5 Optometry, we offer personalized contact lens services for patients of all ages and vision needs. We fit and prescribe soft lenses, rigid gas permeable lenses, and scleral lenses for nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism to help you find the perfect combination of comfort and clear vision.

Your eye health is our top priority. We carefully ensure each lens fits properly before finalizing your prescription, because an improper fit or poor lens care can increase the risk of infection. Always follow cleaning and replacement guidelines and watch for signs like redness or discomfort. If you notice any irritation, remove your lenses and call our office the same day — we’re here to keep your eyes healthy and comfortable.

New Contact Lens Wearers

Never worn contact lenses before? No worries! At West 5 Optometry, we make your first experience easy and stress-free. Our friendly team will guide you step by step, so you feel confident inserting, removing, and caring for your lenses before you head home. We love teaching all ages from preteens to retirees the proper way to wear and care for contacts, with plenty of patience and a smile along the way!

Multifocal Contact Lenses

Multifocal contact lenses help correct your vision far away and up close for patients with Presbyopia require reading glasses over traditional contact lenses. There are constantly new advancements in contact lens technology to improve comfort and functionality. We want you to be able to see everything you want to see in contact lenses and multifocal contacts are one of the ways we can achieve that!
