I had my first visit to West 5 Optometry yesterday. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Dr Dodge was amazing! She performed an extremely thorough eye exam, explaining each test, and took the time to explain all of my results. Took away all of my anxiety! Thank you very much Dr. Dodge and entire team. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had the best experience with Dr. Schropp, she was 100% honest and told me exactly everything and took extra time to explain EVERYTHING and didn’t rush at all, she didn’t upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Dr. Schropp and her employees are so professional and the clinic is extremely clean. I recommend everyone to go see Dr. Schropp. If I was able to give 50 stars I would.

The staff are so pleasant and professional. I felt so comfortable and was seen right at my apt time no waiting. The office itself is bright and cheery and plenty of parking. I wasn’t pushed to purchase new frames like many other places do. The optometrists are so friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this place. Very pleased.

Today was our first appointment to have our eyes tested as we had been at another office previously for our eye care. We were impressed with the staff and atmosphere from the moment we walked in. We were taken through a series of testing prior to our examination and Sarah explained in detail what this was for. Our examinations by Dr. Christina Schropp were professionally carried out and the review of our individual eye situations was very thorough. Dr. Schropp is very engaging with a pleasant demeanor. Although I did not require a change necessitating new glasses my wife did and was very happy the advice provided by Kayleigh. Kayleigh also adjusted my glasses and replaced the nose pads as part of their service. Amanda was also very helpful in providing us with information ahead of our appointment and when we first arrived. We have set up our return appointments and look forward to having West 5 Optometry take care of our future vision needs.
