As a new patient to West 5 Optometry it was positive to receive a call back on the same day to book an appointment. There was free available parking close by. The appointment started on time with technicians that were professional and great with gathering important medical history etc. Dr Regier was excellent! She was kind, patient, gave me a lot of useful information. There was no pressure at all to do extra testing, buy glasses or supplements (which has been the case previously at other offices).
