Every pair of glasses purchased through our clinic includes one-on-one expert frame selection, precise measurements, professional lens verification, exceptional product warranties, custom fitting, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance from our experienced team.
Due to the unregulated nature of many online eyewear vendors, West 5 Optometry is unable to provide adjustments, repairs, troubleshooting, or warranty services for eyewear purchased online. Online eyewear products vary significantly in quality, materials, manufacturing standards, and prescription accuracy, making it difficult to safely service these products while maintaining the level of care and accountability our patients deserve.
