Kelly Black

Kelly was born and raised in London and graduated from Fanshawe College.  Kelly joined the optometry field 14 years ago and loved the impact that she and her colleagues were making on their patients and community.  Throughout her career Kelly has worked primarily in the optical area with patients selecting frames, working in the lab cutting and shaping lenses, and consulting on best optical choices for her patients. She is a Canadian Certified Optometric Assistant and is always looking to continue enhancing her education. Kelly loves connecting with her patients on a personal level and is looking forward to building new relationships within the West 5 Community.

 

In her free time you can find her at the rink, or baseball diamond, and between her husband and two sons, she is the grand chauffeur and cheerleader. She confesses to being a lifelong Leafs fan, and in an ironic twist admits she cannot ice skate herself. Outside of the hockey arena and in the warmer months she enjoys spending time at their trailer in Kettle point.
